When to post: timing that works for restaurants in Dubai
There is no single best time to post. What matters is posting before people decide where to eat, not while they are already eating somewhere else.
Post before the decision
Lunch plans are made in the late morning. Dinner plans are made in the afternoon and early evening. Dubai dines late, so a post at 6 pm can still fill a table the same night.
Plan around the local week
The UAE weekend falls on Saturday and Sunday, and many people finish early on Friday. Weekend brunch is often booked days ahead, so start talking about it from the middle of the week rather than on the morning itself.
Ramadan changes the rhythm
During Ramadan, attention moves to iftar and suhoor. Post in the hours before iftar and again late at night, keep the tone respectful, and show the table and the gathering more than the food alone.
Trust your own numbers
Open Instagram Insights and look at when your followers are most active. Then test two posting times for four weeks and keep the one that brings more profile visits and booking clicks, not only more likes.
Each WITKO monthly report includes this timing check, so your calendar follows your guests rather than a generic chart.
